Nikon In-Frame

Nikon - At the heart of the image
Photo of the month

If you are going to shoot a more cliched image then you have to do it well - very well. A close up head and shoulders shot in black and white is a style that is done quite often, but this image stands out because of its absolute quality and sharpness. I like the eye contact and all of the detail in the skin. The expression on the woman's face is very deep and mysterious, but does come over as proud and sympathetic. Overall a very expressive and technically competent portrait.
